One of our colleagues was just saying her thumb was hurting when writing. So, we set her the task of pressing her thumb into the squeeze ball for several seconds, releasing, then repeating this several times. We told her to do this daily as it would build up the muscles in her thumb. After a short period of time, this was the case and the thumb was back to its normal self!
Tree Tops use many tips like this to help a child/young adult or even adult’s handwriting. Some simple exercises conducted regularly over time will build up hand muscles enabling that person to write easier.
