We have developed a Symptom Checklist which outlines a number of behaviours or difficulties a child may be displaying. It therefore helps as a checklist to determine whether a child would benefit from an assessment. Having completed this you can call to discuss your concerns and arrange an assessment.
The Checklist will help you identify whether your child displays any of the following behaviours or difficulties?
- Awkward running gait
- Frequent falls or stumbles
- Messy feeder
- Dressing independently
- Using cutlery
- Tying shoelaces
- Riding a bike
- Hopping /skipping or jumping
- Playing football
- Ball skills
- Poor organisation skills
- Poor concentration and short attention span
They may have difficulties with:
- Remembering instructions
- Mixing with peers
- Sitting still
Should the child display a range of these difficulties please contact us for further advice.
