SPD Christmas Party 2016!
A great party was held today at Tree Tops Children’s Occupational Therapy for our SPD’ers and their siblings. The children played pass the parcel, musical statues (some cheating we felt at times), walking the plank, there’s a snake in the building, sleeping lions, face dice game, and in between, lots of calming activities amongst many other games.
Everyone was well behaved.
To conclude the afternoon, after having food, some calming activities were again administered followed by the receiving of presents from Fizzwig and his helper, Catherine.
It’s lovely to see the children feeling at home, comfortable in their surroundings and making new friends. This is what it is all about.
