The sun is shining in the sky,
I look out of the window and with a huge sigh,
I ask, “Will they want to go out?
Or will they shout and stomp about?”
Take the bull by the horns we say,
Make the most of this beautiful day!
Go for walk but wear the weighted sack,
But not too heavy to break the back!
Clear the pathways, windows, doors
After all it’s for a good cause,
Not just for you but to keep your child calm,
And also this way they come to no harm.
So get out there and enjoy those rays!
