A day in the life of … Shelley (Admin)

“Hello I’m Shelley. I left school at 16 and went on a YTS with Aycliffe ITEC where I completed a BTEC in Business Studies. I now have over 25 years experience in Business Administration.

I joined Tree Tops in October 2015 and I am employed as an Office Administrator where I am responsible for processing all clinic based assessments and therapy sessions, as well as preparing all training documents and requirements.

I am excited to support a service which is passionate about working with children. In my short time at Tree Tops, I have met some lovely people (colleagues, children, parents and carers). Having recently attended a Think Sensory Not Behaviour training course, I found the information very interesting and informative (making me think twice)!  I am enthusiastic to see the changes that can be achieved with a little help and support.

About me……I live in Newton Aycliffe with my husband and our teenage son. I enjoy reading, baking, card making, eating out (I enjoy this a little too much) and meeting up with friends.”

PS: We all love it, when she brings cakes in!
