The assessment report will outline recommendations around the treatment and interventions that would be most beneficial for your child. These may vary depending on your child’s specific needs. Prior to any intervention, aims and objectives will be set alongside caregivers to ensure we are working on realistic goals for your child. These are then reviewed regularly to determine progress made.

We offer a range of affordable treatments:

• Weekly intervention at our Newton Aycliffe or Stockton clinics.
• One off consultations with home programme (popular with teenage youngsters)
• School based interventions including sensory routines or motor skills programmes.
• Therapeutic Listening Programme
• Specialised handwriting programme (handwriting without tears or perceptual motor programme).
• Sensory workshops.
• Feeding therapy (SOS Approach to feeding).
• Sensory Attachment Therapy (SAI)

Treatment can therefore focus on a specific area such as handwriting, or address a number of issues, depending on the child’s needs. This can be further discussed with our staff.

Children benefit enormously from our programmes. Activities are fun and easy to implement within the home environment. Treatment not only develops the child’s core movement skills, but also helps with their regulation, attention, behaviour and general functioning.
